- From the Airport (Cagliari Elmas - CAG): The easiest and fastest way is by train. The airport train station is a short walk from arrivals. A 6-8 minute ride will drop you off at Cagliari Central Station (Piazza Matteotti). Trains run approximately every 20 minutes.
- From the Central Station or the Port: Because Castello is a hilltop neighborhood with historic cobblestone streets, we highly recommend taking a taxi for this final stretch, especially if you have luggage. The ride takes only 5-10 minutes. Alternatively, you can catch the local mini-bus (Line 7) which loops around the historic center.
- If you arrive by Car (⚠️ IMPORTANT: ZTL Restricted Area): The Castello district is a Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL). Non-resident cars are strictly prohibited during certain hours. We strongly advise against driving inside the district walls. Instead, you can comfortably park just outside the ancient walls (we suggest the parking areas along Viale Regina Elena or Cammino Nuovo). From there, you can use the convenient Public Elevators that will take you straight up into the heart of Castello, just a short walk from your suite.
